 How To Create Passport Size Photo In Adobe Photoshop 

1.    Open Photoshop And Create New Document With The Size Of  3.5 x 4.5 centimeters.

2.    Drag And Drop Your Image To This document.

3.    Resize Your Photo As You Required ( Fit To Above Document )   

   

4.    Convert It In to Rasterized Layer 

5.    Select Crop Tool From Side Bar And Click On The Image And Crop It

6.    Go To Edit Menu Select Stroke And Set 2 px  And Press Enter.

7.    Go To Edit Menu Select Canvas Size 

8.    Set Unit Centimeter ,Then Change Width and Hight , 3.5 to 3.8 and 4.5 to 4.8 Then Press Ok

9.    Go to Edit Menu Select Define Pattern , Enter Any Name And Press Ok.

10.    Create New Document As You Required ( For Example 6x4).

11.    Go to Edit Menu Select Fill.

12.    Select Pattern - Custom Pattern - Select Your Pattern And Press Ok.

    13.    Now Passport Size photo Ready To Print , Take Print And Cut It And Use.
